It has been a while, and we are having trouble remembering where to start.....so hope we are not repetitive. Picked up our kiwi friends just after Christmas then travelled to Adelaide via The Great Ocean Road, The Grampians and Murray Bridge. Tramped in the Grampians and took a dinner river boat cruise at Mannum (Murray River). Our kiwi friends were very disappointed crossing the border into SA as there was no sign or markers on the road. They were going to take a photo of themselves with one foot in each state. Spent 4 days in Adelaide before they flew back home. Did the Barossa Valley wine trail including sampling, of course! a day walking Harndorff village and National motor museum. We thought the Twelve Apostles looked great on postcards, but nothing compares with seeing it in real life.
Brandt and I then made our way back to Melbourne via Victor Harbour, Murray mouth, Kingston SE, Robe, Dartmoor (good freecamp) Nelson where Brandt tried to catch bream but to no avail. Looked in on piccaninnie ponds but disappointed. The beauty must be for those who dive. A caravanner we met at Robe, lives at Koroit and has his own light plane and invited us to call in and have a flight over the 12 apostles coast. Was great being able to view them from the air after seeing them from the land.
We had a lovely visit from our daughter, her fiancé and our granddaughter for a week. Stayed put at Rockbank caravan park and they caught the train into Melbourne almost every day. Our granddaughter wanted to stay.
Presently staying with friends in Gisborne NW of Melbourne. The cruiser motor needs MORE work done and that will be done this week. Then Brandt has 2 weeks work painting a house in Werribee, then we'll be heading North again.
Will try to be on the forum more regularly again.

Hey, good to see ya back on the air again. I did see ya both the other week and that was good to catch up. Have you had the CV sorted yet? I had the Prado in dry doc for a few days last week getting some things sorted myself but all a.o.k. now. I have started the engine and it is warming up in readiness for the migration north, now thinking of heading out into the playground next Monday 25th instead of after Easter.

Hey Jim I don't come cheap. Pretty dam cold here at the moment,8deg here this morning, and a drizzle at that. As well as the Cruiser in dock, our lap top would not turn on, so that is also in dry dock. Not having a very good run.
Lorraine & Brandt, you should have stayed at Rockbank as it is for sale and you may have got a good price, then you could have a cheap park for us nomads Ken
Hey Ken, I suppose you would expect pavlova laid on as well
Jules, we have been through Baccus Marsh several times, have a good orchard shop there Jeff Jones,on Remberance Drive, lovely fruit, full of flavor. Will maybe try and look up Jimbo when we head that way again.
Took Cruiser into workshop in Thomastown. The Chev motor has oil leak at front seal, also one head gasket is weaping, plus a few other issues, so they are going to take it out to make it easier to work on. Let's hope this is the last of our problems, but better here than way out in the outback.
