petrie/lawnton river

You're right Rocket.   I was thinking of Morayfield.  [Just got out the map.] I hate getting old.  Memory does funny things.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Are the Pics. at Lawnton, or Petrie Rocket ?  If at Lawnton, shouldn't that be the Caboolture River?  Only ever used to be a tiny creek just south of where the shopping centre is now.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Hi Sheba, This is the North Pine River. Whylie Park (camps 5 number 179) in on the Petrie side (north) and Lawnton is on the southside of the river.

Had the appraisel done, and a few days later had some buyers in to look.  Quite seperate from the Real Estate mob.  It hasn't been advertised yet.

Still waiting to see if they can organise the Finance.  Have a Mover coming to give me a quote tomorrow, so I'll have an idea of how much that will cost.  It's all happening a bit quickly at the moment.

Still not sure whether I should buy another place out of town, or get an Independant Living place in a Retirement Village.

Sorry Rocket.  Didn't mean to Hi-jack your thread.  Will stop now.

Cheers,

Sheba.

I'm getting old too, Neville, and there's nothing wrong with my memory.
