Converting a bus into a motorhome

Back at the end of November, Rob and I started the process of buying a bus and converting it into a Motorhome. I had thought that I had posted some updates on this forum, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Rather than double up on all the information, I will just give you the links to date and if you are interested you can follow the bus conversion by cliking on the links .

It all started with a dream. I made Rob wait many years, but things came to a head and his passion for a motorhome could no longer be denied. So started the search for a motorhome without spending too much money. Read on

Rather than post all the various links here I will just post  the Bus conversion catergory I have established on my blog as the blog covers other aspects of RV living including our trips to SA, NT, WA and Qld, some recipes, some humour and some reflective thoughts.

If you want just to roll forward from here then the latest update was just posted yesterday on Rob's efforts at fibreglassing our shower cubicle.

I will continue to post the updates from here on and keep them altogether here on this post as replies.

Please forgive me if I have posted this info previously

Yes I remember you when you first talked about the project Rob. Looking good so far and I love the air conditioning unit too, that will keep things cool on a hot day, not sure how it would go on a windy day though, maybe that's when you turn it up high.

Keep up the good work and keep us all posted.

I was wondering how you were going to get the shower cubicle into the bus - so I read your blog entry and saw you got it in -finally. Well done. Big task ahead.
