We are on board the Spirit of Tas headed for Tassie. We will be ending time with family and friends for a couple of weeks before we return to Melb to get ready for setting out to SA where we will spend most of this year until about Nov before heading back to Melb. If you are headed that way as well then we would love to catch up.
Take care out there
Brian and Cheryl.

Well, yesterday was great weather, woke up to thunder & rain this morning. Hope it doesn't dampen the trip much, hopefully put out the fires & open roads closed by the fires to allow you to travel freely!
Tassie seems to be the 'Place to be' this year. We had 2 lots of friends headed over on Saturday night, and another 2 lots heading over in a couple of weeks. Hope you all enjoy yourselves. Our turn will come.
welcome from us too,we are just outside hobart and tomorrow we will be going to bruny island for a week ,we spent a week up at wineglass bay which I have to say is the most beautiful place we have ever seen so try to get there if you can, enjoy this wonderful state
Welcome to Tasmania - every corner reveals another beautiful bit of scenery!! Musketeers - are you going on the Yellow Boat Ride - it was wonderful! Best value - three full hours on the water, thrills and spills, and lots of fun!! We liked Bruny Island - unspoilt - good meal at the Allonah Pub!

hi jules we loved bruny ,we stayed at the neck campground ,very clean toilets and a lovely spot to centre ourselves on the island,we didn't go to the pub but we went to the cheese factory and out to cosy corner along the beach which was a great spot as long as you have a small van,the weather is fantastic isn,t it
