What amuses me is the way companies want you to do online everything, bills etc. Which I have. Then when you pay the bill the next step is to print a receipt, which I don't. If you don't want the bill in paper form why would you want the receipt in paper form?
If I want to keep a copy of a receipt, or anything else, I use a free program called ' cutepdfwriter '. I hit print and then choose the program instead of a printer and file it in a folder for future reference if required.
I booked a trip to Sydney on the XPT online today. Easy. But then I had to print the email, which is actually my ticket. Five A4 pages is a pretty big ticket!

Not familiar with Countrylink bookings but have an Indian Pacific booking and two Qantas bookings. I just printed the relevant page in each case, not all the terms and conditions and CYA stuff.
I have EasyPdf Printer, does the same job as Cutepdfwriter.
Re the paperless office... didn't the futurologists get that one wrong!!!!
