Hi everyone,
Thanks for your messages – hopefully all the issues have been ironed out at last!  I know that trying to post on, and read, the forum have been very frustrating experiences of late we and really appreciate everyone sticking with us.  Thanks again for your patience and hopefully it will be smooth sailing from now on. 
Having said that, if anyone does experience problems, please let me know.  Thanks again.
