has the heat affected you?

just wondering how the heat has affected you

for me it just throws me out of my normalness.

And even though its 30 degrees, its the humidity i think that gets me and i just have

to flake out for awhile, I've had a couple open heart ops when younger so have to look after myself

but was over dads today told him i wasnt reall well, so was going home, and bed for a while

and put the air con on..

i have had cardio check up recently and ok , but booked to see my Gp

on thursday to see if all is ok, earliest i could get it..

think ill snooze for a bit.

I'm still having trouble with my flem stuff, going to docs tomorrow ( Thursday ) earliest I could get..
I'm so sick of this, and my breathing isn't the best..
I'm sure that's only started this month...
Dam this , I'd hate to be my neighbour..

Milo, try tilting your bed with a couple of bricks under the head end - that's what my doc suggested to help with a similar problem I have. I managed to find a wedge pillow which works just as well, though not always, but the incidence of waking up choking in the middle of the night has been lessened.

Another thought Milo, at the moment you have a lot of stress in your life with your Dad, as I do with my Mum, and the doc feels it may have something to do with this.

Hope you get some relief soon,

June
