ok i am a rookie on this and learning ok, have power on, but cant get air con working in a esperance 2008 winnebago, also cant work out the dvd player as cant get dvd in but says err, need help thanks

What actually happens when you try to turn on the aircon wildbill? Are other things working on power? Have you checked the fuse switches?
