I would like to ask the question............When do the GN fraternity start moving around after the schools go back after the finish of the holidays? I think it's after the 21st Jan in Qld, the Monday being a'Pupil Free day.

 SWMBO is looking for somewhere cooler than SE Qld. I have told her some hope with this weather pattern,everywhere is hot even normally cool Tassie.

Any suggestions welcomed.

Vic schools go back 29 Jan according to my list so after that the prices should start to come down a little and camps etc thin out.

I think it is the 29 th January in Queensland , Will watch the weather before we move , We are cool and safe in our air con home so wont move till safe to do so maybe after St. Paddys day

We are off to Port Fairy for 4 weeks from 1st Feb. Our annual migration. It is cheaper once schools go back and 25% off site fees if you stay over 25 days and then 10% if you have a seniors card ( which we do not have yet...not wishing our lives away either!) cheers Glenda

Cannylass that when you should be in god country North Queensland , We Hibernate from December to March to stay away from heat in queensland and fire down South
