Mercedes Sprinter 1998

Looks like the one they have on display at the caravan park in Nuriootpa in SA (Barossa Valley), built by a German ozzie for him and his family in 1930's.

Stove has real wood fireplace. They do guided inspections on certain days, it takes pride of place in a glass fronted building just inside the main gate of the caravan park. I'm not sure if it is still there, I think it is.

There as some photo's of it on this link plus some other very early shots of other RV's, see;

You do not say anything about the model, is it a 313, 413, 312, or...........

Many experienced Sprinter people on this site, if you buy a Sprinter would definitely join, or prior to get your info, site has DIY Writeups, photos and Videos for just about every Sprinter fix.

Google the 308D and there is a thread on the Sprinter forum. May be underpowered if it doesn't have a turbo. I spoke to a lady with a 208 sprinter and hers was underpowered she said.
