Free Camp Mag

I just picked up My Monthly Mag I like and found they had one on free camps out listing over 800 camps I don't want this to be an add but you can get it in any good news agent while you are 'On The Road'. Looks good too with 135 reviewed sites.

Edit...It's not a free mag, it's about free camps.

I'm with Beth, not sure which one your are talking about, I do understand that you do not want to promote it though due to forum protocols.

Could you send me a pm with the name of the mag please Doug.

Thanks

Vic

It was actually in my post but disguised. 'On The Road' I know it's to with Grey Nomading but could also be classed as an add so just did it the way I did. I thought it would have been picked up. 10/10 Sheba. smilesmile

Thanks for that. Doug, I'm a bit slow on the uptake...if it's not glaringly obvious, I don't get it. wink

 Thanks Sheba,

I wasn't aware of that one, only the two main caravanning and camping magazines that come out monthly.

I usually don't buy the main two, but do read them at the library now and then.....

I bought one up town this morning. As Terry says its called ON THE ROAD Guide Free Campsites 2013 - 14 and cost 19.95.
It is an extra, not the regular mag, and nearly as big as Camps book.
For anyone who has read Get togethers and interested in the Qld meet in April/May there are photos of Boynedale Bush Camp, which looks good for the meet.

I have read a couple of issues and always watch the show on aurora channel(when its on)

I think it is run by one of the blokes Gil or Roothy that used to do the caravan and motorhome show on aurora every friday night.

Must go and get me a copy tomorrow.

thanks for the heads up there doug I would have missed it but for you.

I finally bought my copy which I'm yet to delve deeply into, but I thought I'd share another lot I found.

It's a three pack in a plastic bag for $9.95, and includes one on Free Camping, two is on Touring on a Budget, and three is on Best Caravan Upgrades. The last two are of particular interest to me, as a pensioner, and my Lulu is an '88 model so some more upgrades would be nice.

Hi Gecko - you mght find you would get more response on the Ads section - called "classified" - there is a spot for a position like the one you are offering.

Welcome to the site though.smile
