Parks between Caloundra and Noosa

I have a friend who is cleaning her old van up and she wants to leave it in a park on a yearly basis preferably about 1k from the beach between Caloundra and Noosa? I would appreciate any information I can pass on to her thanks.

Hi jenr,

I have had two different CV's on site over the years and both where great. Just check with CV parks in the area preferred about "Annual" CV sites. Depending on the CV park and location prices can vary from $1500 to $5,000 + per year. The number of nights you can stay each year vary from park to park, the price usually includes 2 adults and some you can add extra people at extra cost. Payment can be annual in advance or 6 monthly in advance and a contract of agreement is usually signed. Some parks even require you to have a police check done as well at your cost.

The area you mentioned though could be difficult for sites. The option would be to look at CV's already on site for sale, some bargains can be found out there and I speak from experience as both of ours were bargains, not in that area though. Just do some homework.

If your friend wants to actually LIVE permanently in the CV park well that's different again, she would need to look for a CV park that has permanent living sites.

Good luck.

Hi jenr,
try Mudjimba caravan park, 200 Mts from the beach, not sure about long term, maybe worth a phone call though.
