Ti Tree Roadhouse/Caravan Park Northern Territory

WE had a very disappointing stay here. When we arrived we were made very welcome by the owner, who was operating the roadhouse section, paid for our site, he suggested if we wish to eat in the roast lamb was very nice. So we parked up, decided we would take him up on the offer as it was getting a little late. Went over to the tavern section and hubbie went up to order the roast only to be told he had to go into the roadhouse section to order it, which he did. Well when the irate little cook, served the meal I was horrified, it was dry lamb and the vegies were like dumped on the plate. No presentation what so ever. Like when you have finished your meal and put scraps on the plate to give the dog. Well we just returned it to the counter and left. On leaving noticed other plates half eaten also on tables, so we were not the only disappointed customers that night. I always recommend a place if we enjoy the food or the hospitality, but this left a sour taste in our mouths.  The night before we stayed at Daly Waters Pub and that was beautiful, food and the caravan park, and  when we got back to Miners Rest in Victoria, we had our beautiful meal at the local Tavern there and thoroughly enjoyed it.
