Towing a Chief Arrow with a Colorado LTZ (All by Myself)
Similar to one years ago,,, lady rings up help desk as her computer is not working - this is before you could remote computers to get a fix..
After about 30 minutes the lady can't see the cable the techie wants her to see at the back of the computer.
Lady wait a minute while I get a torch to see if I can see it as the room light wasn't working.
To cut a long story short the room light wasn't working because the power was OFF to the whole house.
The techie calmly told her how to pack up the computer into its boxes stick down the boxes etc etc and send it back,,,,,
as she was quote " too (flaming) dumb to own one".
