An odd question about house sitting

I may have a need for a house sitter in the beginning of the new year. I'm in what some would call a fairly good suburb of adelaide. I'm moving out and as such there won't be any furniture in the house. Mostly just need someone to look after the gardens and clean the spiderwebs up, generally just keeping the place looking good for open inspections.

Do people generally accept a house sitting job without furniture?

We do Gordon as we prefer to continue living in our motorhome while house sitting. Unfortunately we won't be available early next year though (off overseas). But if you have room for someone to park their caravan or motorhome you shouldn't have any trouble. Regards

Gordon, you could talk to the real-estate agent who is handling the sale of your house... they may be able to recommend somebody who will look after the place (for a fee) for you.

Hi

How long do you think it may be for and can a smallish (but 3.2 mtrs high) motor home fit in the drive way?

I am older woman non smoker/drinker - happy to live in my m/home, do have 2 Whippets but they are happy to be in m/h too.....

Thanks Gerty. I did think about that but not sure who the agent will be yet.

I'm not sure. We have a carport but also have uncovered parking. Will measure up and let you know.
