After two unhappy experiences with franchise mechanics/service centres in Wollongong and Mildura we were relieved to discover Paul Krahemann in Malaga (Perth suburb) and so we're to recommend him - he explains things, uses his brain, does what he promises, when he promises at the price he promises (or less if he believes there's a safe and smart way to do it - eg machining vs replacing) and is a pleasure to deal with.
