Low Head Caravan Park - have an unpowered area for $12 - with free use of shower and toilet - also free wi-fi - nice level spots.
$25 with power and water in "older" section or $32 with power and water in "new" section. All with free wi-fi - AND a cappucino machine in the office ;)
