havent stayed there but may be there at xmas time all reports are good though.

Heard good reports from people couple of months ago - reasonably priced and nice park, without too many bells and whistles.

Stayed there a few months back. Reasonably priced (can't remember exactly how much), clean and friendly. Free outdoor movies on Saturday? nights. A little distance out of Townsville, but nice and quiet.
