He's back in hospital again. Had a second attack early this morning. Took himself to the local hospital. His doctor said, this is ridiculous, put him in an ambulance sending him to Bundaberg. With a letter saying not to send him home until they had done the operation.
Hopefully, because it is now an acute situation, they will operate!!!!!!! Could have been done straight away, thus saving the cost of ambulance, as well as the stress and fear that it could happen again at any time!!!!!! Ridiculous situation!!!!!

He told me not to come back unless I'm doing the operation, which I'm not. Also, he never let me know all day so I didn't worry and got his ex to ring me tonight reassuring that all was under control. What a good guy.
Thats right clare, they have to wait for it to settle, which will give time for his warfarin levels to come down as well. He went through all this last week.
Hopefully will all be done by the end of this week.
Yippeeeee!! Operation done. Rang son's ex last night as He hadn't replied to my txts. She had tried to contact me in the morning to say he was going to theatre, I must have been out of range. He was in having his op so never saw my txts. Don't know a lot at this stage except he came out of the aenesthetic wanting to talk to his ex and was very agitated as he had tubes every where. Hoping he is a lot better this morning and should be home in a couple of days. Ex has arranged for her dad to pick him up from hospital, drive him to Childers where she will come out from Biggy as she is working there from today until the weekend, so she will take him back to Biggy. See they can sort it all out without me.
She was not happy being called his wife by the hospital and also must be down as his first contact, but she will have to learn when you have two kids that connection will always be there and these things will happen from time to time.
All good news anyway, I will txt him now and see if he replies.
So glad it is done Marj - and YES they can organise without you - his ex just needs to s how a bit of grace in the circumstances, and as you say they have two kids together, so the bond will never be broken. You enjoy yourself at Greens.

He txt today, going home tomorrow. He was told that during the op he sat up and said, Do you want me to help. Of course he doesn't remember but they say its true.
That's good news Marj. You still at Greens' ? Hope so. Met Johns' friends Richard and Jasmin and Missy today. Lovely young couple and the dog is sooooooooo cute. Here are Jasmin and Missy. [And Angel, with her nose out of joint.]
Cheers,
