Photo: This is harsh - but true! The truth is, staying active is going to help you to live longer. Yes, there are many other factors involved, and diet is a huge contributor, but don't underestimate how important exercise is. Look at the healthy older people around you, chances are they have been very active their whole life (and they haven't eaten as much processed food). So, rearrange your schedule and make time to exercise - even if it is not for a whole hour, it is still going to help.
