I was given this recipe, have not tried it but it sounds nice
INGREDIENTS:
1kg lean ground beef
2 cups (320g) diced onion
2tbsp (28ml) fresh lemon juice
7 tbsp (105ml) low carb barbeque sauce, divided
2 tbsp (30g) low sodium tomato paste
2 tbsp (8g) chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup (35g) finely chopped green or red bell pepper
1 large egg
¼ cup (25g) bread crumbs
6x 3mm thick lemon slices
Makes 12 servings (or halve the recipe to give you only 6 servings)

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 190°C Spray a 22x32cm baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl place the beef, onion, lemon juice, 4 tablespoons (60ml) of the barbeque sauce, tomato paste, parsley, pepper, egg and bread crumbs. Mix until well incorporated.
Form the mixture into a loaf and pat it down to condense the consistency. The loaf should touch the width, or short edges of the pan, but leave a few centimeters of room on both sides of the length.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove the loaf from the oven and coat the top with the additional 3 tablespoon (45ml) barbeque sauce. Place the lemon slices on top of the loaf and return it to the oven. Continue baking for an additional 20 minutes.
Note: Replace breadcrumbs with rice crumbs to make it gluten free.
