I took early retirement after 30+yrs working for the same mob. Started in May 1973 & retired March 2012.
We ordered our caravan to our specs. Very happy with the finished product.
We bought our Majestic Knight from Great Southern Vans, Caboolture (Troy), and they have been great.
We had the "van built to our specs. It is 20'-6", has mid-door, kitchen to off-side, cafe seating to near-side, full queen bed, full ensuite, Lemair wash/mach, full oven, no blinds, just heavy curtains, Four Seasons hatches, Ibis reverse cycle air, 2 x 95L water tanks, 16" wheels, 4" chassis riser,  4 x shocks, 280W solar, 2 x 100ahr batteries.
All up 2.6t with 248kg towball weight.
Towing with a 2011 Isuzu D-Max, CRD dual cab auto.
Removed the tub and added a tradies body, extra leaf in rear springs, 130L long range fuel tank and HR heavy towing hitch.
Returning 13.8 l/100kms so far.
Yes, we have a generator (Yamaha 2400), just in case.
We are on our way around this beautiful country of ours, and loving it.
Left Nth Brissy late June and we are currently doing a farm-sit at Walleroo NSW.
Take care all.
Robert & Karen.

 Hi Robert & Karen,

We have just ordered a Majestic Knight from Troy, We purchased our previous van from him when he was with Brisbane RV's in 2008.

Like you we have speced in a number of extras but we also included the ALKO Electronic Stability Control. Hope it works as well for us as it does on ALKO's promotional video.

The delivery date given to us by Troy is early November plus GST which looks like the 2nd half of November.

Enjoy your Majestic, your house sit and the trip around the block.

G'day Retreat,
I was going to send a private message, but I can't seem to find it.
I think we met you & your wife when we were about to re-spec the display Caravan.
Troy went to get some more info when you came in and told us of your previous dealings with Troy.
He was honest and very helpful.
There timeline is close enough to perfect. Our 'van was delivered 4 days late, but it was over the Brisvegas show weekend.
I am confident that you will enjoy your Majestic.
Cheers.
Robert & Karen.
