Hiya Lyn ..

I'm already heading down south .. currently at Beford Weir and leaving in the morning. Jonathan is now "biggles" cause I had to do a big clean-out before my system would work properly ..

Will catch up with you at Greens if not before ..

Jon

Welcome Lyn, sure you will enjoy the forum.

I wouldn't be in too much of a hurry to go south at present Jonathon, if it is anything like what we have in the south of WA it is crappy weather, a bit later in the month MAY be ok though......

Its good fun Vic .. always wanted to fly the rc choppers .. tried that .. but, being electric, the battery only lasted about 7 mins .. this radian is a motorised glider and most of the time is spent with the engine turned off and just soaring etc .. so far, best time I've done in the air is 46 mins .. and still having 28% of battery still charged when landing .. you gotta do it Vic .. you've got a lovely park just down your street .. and I also bought the Phoenix simulator to learn the ropes before my first flight !

Sorry folks about hijcking the thread !!

Jon

I go down to watch them in the park sometimes Jon, park behind a tree in case they lose control, he he.....satisfied just to watch even though I had a private pilot's restricted licence once, never went on with it.

Also sorry for the hijack, hope you new travels are happy ones Lyn! biggrin

.. I thought if I didn't "bite" on the pink knickers comment, it might go away .. They're still gift wrapped as I received them .. long story Vic .. but it wasn't Lyn who gave them to me .. t'was a blonde chick actually .. and she's prob reading this at the moment .. its ok Vic .. her man knows about it and he's no kinky rooster !

.. I'm outa here !
