Bigpond Email Service Down?

I anyone having trouble with Bigpond email service?   I can get online to sites etc, but my email service is not working and when I try to ring Bigpond customer service I just keep getting the engage signal (everyone trying to ring them?????)

How is it in your part of Oz????

Mine is back up again now, not sure what the problem was with Bigpond, my son who is in the IT business said that the businesses he deals with were not affected, so maybe they got priority during business hours whatever it was......
