Here's mine.

Thanks Sheba,
How do you get around the wheel hump with the drawers?. They look like they are all even.

If you look under the mattress, you'll see what looks like benches on either side.  These are actually Seats/Storage, that make the Bed-base.  The Wheel humps are inside them.  The drawers sit on top, as you said, evenly.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Made the bed 3/4 so I could put Drawers in for more storage.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Thanks Sheba,
Great idea with the draws, I'm always looking for ideas for mine. How do you get around the wheel hump with the drawers?. They look like they are all even.

Thanks Sheba,
I should have realised from the height of the draws that they were on the built in seat/storage area. Well done, good use of space. I guess you use the bed as the lounge area.

That is amazing Sheba, you are very clever girl making use of all the space. Great idea with the drawers. Glenda

How do you find the Hi Ace for one person Sheba, and if you don't mind me asking where did you buy your plastic drawers from, they seemt to make a lot of sense for storage.

Have they got a catch on them?  If not do they tend to slide out when travelling?

It's very nice the way you have it set up by the way.

Hi Cropper.  I find I have all the room I need in it.  Might be a bit of a tight squeeze for two though, long-term.

The Warehouse was selling them on special for $19.99 a set [4 drawers] a couple of years ago.  They're a bit dearer now.

I made some straps from black Elastic, with hooks made from NO.8 wire, that hooks on to the lids at the back, and down to the third drawer at the front.  That holds them in.   Don't need to go down any further, as the Mattress holds the bottom ones in.  If you didn't want to go to that much trouble, you could just use Bungee Cords, which is what I used 'till I got the Elastic.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Thanks Sheba, especially the info on the drawers, I like the idea of not having to tow but I suppose there is merit for both towing something and not towing something.

I am glad your set up suits you, if it does then that is all that counts. aww
