AHHHHHHH ... they don't make movies like THAT anymore
What a clever compilation - they stayed with the beat of Stayin' alive really well ... and it took me back to me days as a very youngun and going to the Pictures at the Theatre BEFORE we had movies and cinemas.
Thanks Marj - Cheers John

very good clip. I would like to know the copyright restrictions, it would help me with some clips I make
If you're copying someone else's work you must give credit to the original author or writer or creator etc.
I'm a writer in another life, and you can use other writer's work, but you must either gain permission before you do it, or give them credit in the context of what you're compiling.
Check with the publisher before you do anything. There may be a fee required to use the stuff.

I believe the films that the snipperts were taken from are now in the "public domain" due to their age - I think once they are 50 (I think) years old the copyright has ceased. Copyright would, however, need to be applied to the use of the soundtrack Stayin' Alive in this instance.
This is why you can now buy compilation CDs of music from the good ole days of the 40s, 50s and some 60s for $5 per CD - the songs are now in the public domain, can be copied and issued and attract no copyright fee.
Not fair to the artists concerned but that's how it is.
Cheers - John
