Free Camp sites

Anyone travelling on the Oxley highway from Gilgandra to Coffs harbour via the New England highway recommend any good sites to stay. Have heard about the site next to the Emporium at Mullaley. All suggestions appreciated. While on here would like to recommend Behungra dam (about 20klms north of Junee) very peaceful. Drop toilet and bins carry own water.

Thanks Dawa. You should enjoy Bethungra. It too was cold when we were there. We had -6 one night. Very quiet. Collect wood on way in as it was scares at camp, that is if you are wanting a fire.
