Mt. Mulligan is 45kms from Dimbulah in Nth Qld.  No town there any more. It was all pulled down when the mine closed in 1957 (I was the secretary at the mine then).  Campsite is on the bank of weir.  Flush toilets & hot showers, caretakers on site.  $10/per person/per night. But WOW what a beautiful mountain.
