and then your turned right around left field and you think what the *****

im in a hmmm moment at the moment, although i dont think that makes sense but then i dont think i do at the moment that im not in or of or what ever

Relax Milo. Take a few really deep breaths and concentrate on what is getting at you right now.
Have a chat to your dad, or someone special you can trust.
There's nothing worse than feeling helpless when you're on your own. Have a chat or write down how you're feeling. Anything to get it out of your head.
Take it easy, because easy is the only way to take it.

Cook yourself a roast dinner, go shopping, sit still and shut your eyes for 5 mins, go and have look at the rescue dogs at the shelter. Go for a walk around the block, tidy up the kitchen and scrub the benches, mmmmmmmmmmmm
