Shhh. Kandagal. Now you've let the secret out! Yes, I hear it's a great spot just offf the HUme Hwy, but you have to get there early to get a spot. It's popular.

Yes, it is very popular - we got there by 1.30pm and it wasn't long before there were no sites left. Some even came in after dark and stopped in the car park. It took 17 that night - a mix of caravans, camper vans, motor homes and cars with tents. Only 1 hot shower in the ladies but maybe 2 in the mens.

Yes, get there early if you want a choice of spots, although if its full, just go over to the other side of the creek.

Level sites go first, so if you're late you will need to level yourself.

It is just outside of the council pool- so swim for a small fee.

Free toilets, hot shower. Shower gets a bit grotty so take thongs.

Pub across the road for a nice evening meal.

Well kept little park, tortoises in the creek, lots of bird life etc.

Rip and Rosie, they have stopped people from using the other side of the creek. Just have to get there early enough to use the pool side now. $4 to use the pool and they have a solar blanket on it. almost too warm some said.
