Ouch Beth, hope it comes good soon and not much pain. I have a cracked rib at the moment and have no idea how it happened. Nothing they can do, it just has to mend. It's not all that painful, only if I do too much so I am just careful what I do.

 Sometimes even just a coughing fit can crack a rib, so I'm told. Ouchy for you too.
