Scoffins - quick and easy

These are really easy to make and make a nice change from sweet scones.

1 cup SR flour

1 cup grated cheese

cup milk

Add chopped bacon or ham and/or finely chopped onion or chives or other herbs.

Mix and put into muffin tins or patty cake if you want smaller ones.

Bake in a moderate oven.

Can also be cooked in a camp oven or covered frying pan. Yes yum Glenda
