Two years ago I had a prostrate Cancer blood test PSA was 6.5   ..T was told to have a Biopsy which was more painful than Child Birth  LOL..Which showed I have a little Cancer......I was a little put off..But was again told by a learned friend To go and get stuck into Asparagus shoots and ends   Mashed up and drained  took  4 spoonfuls in the Morning and 4 at Night  I did this for two years and had an other test last week 9/2/2012   which showed  PSA 3.2 in the normal range  I hope this is of help to any bloke out  there......I know it makes me feel good  And I got  to like Asparagus......No idea if it works for just anybody......Check Google out in Regard too this

It wouldn't do any harm. It's a great vege and I learned several different ways of cooking it when the boss brought heaps of it home to the station kitchen. I even impressed him, and that wasn't easy in the kitchen.
If you believe it did some good, you're in front. And so healthy too. Keep up the good work Jimbo.
If you stay at the lake much longer they'll rename it.

Pumpkin seeds will help too. But just a note - keep checking because while my hubbie's went down using them one year, it didn't stay down. All the best jimbo.
