Welcome Gerry and congratulations on a job well done. I started donating when I was young until they told me I was aneamic ?? spelling. That was the end of that. I take my hat of to all who are able to do that considering a son and a daughter have had blood transfusions in the last few years.
I donated exactly 50 times .then got a letter saying I cant anymore......no reasons........went to see my Dr.incase I had a problem.......no.....he said.....every doner patient of his got same letter too......ovious they dont need doners any more....
saying that......the blood you donate will save many lives
