wells crossing nsw (near Ashford)

It used to be a popular fishing spot, don't know whether it still is as I haven't lived in that area for many years.

yes it is not a bad spot, but it has some downsides, there are absolutely no facilities there, and if you want peace and quiet you will not find to much as it is popular for kids and yes they can get quite noisey, especially during holidays, the river gets low at times, probably the best time to go would be in the off peak during the year, you will then have a quitter time and a choice of a good spot to set up as it gets very busy during the holiday period.
