Getting back on topic..... We have a clothes horse (which otherwise lives under the bed) that we hang the wet towels on in the morning when we are camped up. Once the towels are dry, or when travelling, they hang on suction cup towel rails from Bunnings that we have put on the inside of the toilet door in the van. Nicely out of sight. When travelling we make sure they don't slither off onto the floor by putting a peg either side.

Dave, Try putting an elastic band around the roll for travelling, should do the job OK.

I think he means when it is being used in the shower tent John.

In regards to towels for those with small RV's/Campervans who don't want to use those quick dry camping ones, may I suggest you only use small towels instead of the larger ones as the small ones will dry quicker and also take up less hanging space if you have to hang them inside.

Thanks Vic I misread Daves message.  After re reading I can see what he means.

Dave try squeezing the roll so it becomes oval instead of round.

Hi Pauline

Realise that you'd like to have your towels out of sight but for the benefit of other people that have a smaller van, I put 2 curtain rods in the four seasons recess to hang our towels.  As they are over our bed we find that the towels don't get in the way and it is just wasted space over the bed that may as well be put to some use. smile

Cheers

Good one John, I was wondering what you could do, simple but effective!.

Good one too Delta for those who have that recess, we didn't have it in our caravan but being a Jayco used the push up bars instead whether pop top down or up.
