I tried one out in Bunnings today. Most comfortable and will be getting one as soon as able. They are 34.95 at Bunnings.
I remember Sheba saying she had bought one. They fold up flat for storing and would make a nice change to a normal fold up chair. Could certainly have a good nana nap in one.
I bought a moon chair when it was on special from OZtrail, seemed a good idea at the time, put it up when I came home and decided too heavy and too big, so it is still up at home, will go in garage sale when we have one I guess.
I saw one like that 2nd one, Beth, at the op shop today. 14.50. Maybe I should have got that one.
The moon chair I saw at bunnings folds completely flat.

Oh! I just googled moon chair. There were also padded ones that looked comfy. there seems to be a lot of different styles. Yes, folding flat would be better.
reminds me of saucer chairs (woven plastic cane) that were popular in the 60's - of course my age would preclude me from having seen them but someone told me about them :)

we're planning on going in today.... about lunchtime me feels..... the bunnings hotdog might be our specail 'meal out' once on the road.. its fresh, filling, cheap, and the cook gets a meal off!!!!
Dropped into bunnings one saturday when in Albany and purchased the said offering of saugage and onion in a roll, give them a fiver and had the poor fellow chase me down the car telling me who I had graceously supported and was I sure I didnt want my change, must have been an unusual gesture. Now I dont know if it was worth a fiver but the charties they raise money for always are, so maybe next time you buy one give them a few bob more. cheers blaze

I'm not so sure about that. Especially If you can only have a glass or two before you fall sleep. I seem to spend a lot even if I only pop in for a look see. LOL
What a good idea, a Bunnings Crawl. Just remember its usually only at the weekend unless they are celebrating something. They all have cafes too so would be a cheap meal, and most towns have a Bunnings.
