Moon Chairs

I tried one out in Bunnings today. Most comfortable and will be getting one as soon as able. They are 34.95 at Bunnings.

I remember Sheba saying she had bought one. They fold up flat for storing and would make a nice change to a normal fold up chair. Could certainly have a good nana nap in one.

There was a bloke caught doing it to the Queen, for a dare, just recently. Did he use a "moon" chair?

A few people I know have these for lounging/napping in. I particularly like the idea of elevating my legs. They fold down fairly flat.

I bought a moon chair when it was on special from OZtrail, seemed a good idea at the time, put it up when I came home and decided too heavy and too big, so it is still up at home, will go in garage sale when we have one I guess.

Cheers

I saw one like that 2nd one, Beth, at the op shop today. 14.50. Maybe I should have got that one.

The moon chair I saw at bunnings folds completely flat.

Oh! I just googled moon chair. There were also padded ones that looked comfy. there seems to be a lot of different styles. Yes, folding flat would be better.

The one I saw at Bunnings was different to that one too Sheba. It was padded and didn't have that type of leg. Will see if I can find a photo of it.

Yep, I think the padded one looks more comfy.

reminds me of saucer chairs (woven plastic cane) that were popular in the 60's - of course my age would preclude me from having seen them but someone told me about them :)

Dropped into bunnings one saturday when in Albany and purchased the said offering of saugage and onion in a roll, give them a fiver and had the poor fellow chase me down the car telling me who I had graceously supported and was I sure I didnt want my change, must have been an unusual gesture. Now I dont know if it was worth a fiver but the charties they raise money for always are, so maybe next time you buy one give them a few bob more.
cheers

I'm not so sure about that.  Especially If you can only have a glass or two before you fall sleep.  I seem to spend a lot even if I only pop in for a look see.  LOL

What a good idea, a Bunnings Crawl. Just remember its usually only at the weekend unless they are celebrating something. They all have cafes too so would be a cheap meal, and most towns have a Bunnings.

I'm not far away from Ikea, and that's where you really do get a cheap meal! It's very popular!

I've heard about that Beth, but never been in one. I saw on the news a while ago they have a huge one in Melbourne.
