My luck must run out soon

awwWell, 57 days on the road and only one wet day and I 'm in Darwin. Doesn't particularly look like rain here, either at the moment. However, I have taken the precaution of buying a storm cover for over the camper....lol

The WET is on the way Bob.  The Thunderstorms up that way are supposed to be Spectacular.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Apparently even better than the Pilbara.Although I have seen some VERY impressive displays at Leinster, and that is recognised as a very active lightning area

The best lightening displays I've ever seen were across the Kimberley and in the region of the Great Sandy Desert to the 80 Mile Beach. The Pilbara gets some beauties as well, which often close the highway with the subsequent flooding.
Watch for bushfires after the storms. Sometimes the storms are dry or don't produce enough rain to extinguish the fires started by lightening strikes.
