I have a Engles 60 Litre Chest Fridge / Freezer . What temperature do you run youe fridge at.

Hows it going Popeye .. long time since I caught up with you mate ..?

I do have an Engel fridge/freezer as well but only a very small one .. 15 ltre,I think.

Using as a freezer: For this purpose, I'll set to fully on to get max freeze .. then put in whats required and turn it down till it sits on about 3-4 C below .. on mine , this is just under a number 1.

As just cold storage: Even back off more til it reads about 7 C ..

Best way .. get a small temperature gauge and sit it just inside the lid .. or, I bought one which has now died, but it was digital and had 2 temp gauges on it and only the sensor needed to be placed inside .. I velcro'd the rest on the outside so it could be viewed at any time ..

I suppose settings would vary with unit size and how much is held inside .. also whether it was winter or summer time ..
