From memory Milo there were only two in Broken Hill.   We stayed at the Lakeview one for two nights.

It was OK as far as things went.  Don't know about the other one

Milo - I think most of those reviews were for cabins, from the look of it. From memory it is a caravan park like other caravan parks - some good, some bad - remember it is in a mining town, in the middle of nowhere - so it is not going to be like a park in the middle of Adelaide - you have your own accommodation, so as long as the toilet block is clean and practical - will be fine.
Worst ever we have stayed in was a donga in Marble Bar, in the middle of torrential downpour - $84 - no room to swing a cat, no kettle, no toaster - but had no choice couldn't put camper trailer up in the rain.
Take the trip out to Silverton while you are there - also Whites Mining Museum in Broken Hill - Pro Harts Gallery - heaps of artists have galleries there - love the town.

Hi Milo,
Check this park out. -- I got this from 'Badgers' wed site.
------------------

Silverland Caravan Park, Broken Hill
100 Jabez Street adjacent to greyhound racing track. Ph: 08 8087 8707. Pets allowed.

Lots of room to turn around and half the sites are drive through, the other half back up to cabins. All sites have double concrete apron so there is room to be a bit off with the backing. The amenities although oldish are kept clean, only problem they are a fair distance to walk at night, (it is very cold and wet right now) Staff have advise if asked. Camp kitchen is well set up and comfortable. Very good phone, internet and TV reception. Only a short drive about 3k to town. We are here for a week waiting for mail and are happy enough. Would stay again. Friendly staff, staff offered tourist advice, staff explained park layout and facilities. Good value for money ($23 2A, powered). We paid $20.80 because of CMCA discount. Amenity number was adequate to cope with the number of people, are close to only some sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, dry change area, paper towels/dryer provided. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to most sites, no sites are shaded, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, no rec room, good camp kitchen, kiosk, dump point, no wireless internet available, you can use your mobile wireless (carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 5). Quiet, open & roomy park, not enough shade, a few permanents. Clean UC gas bbq (free), bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No playground. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families, well maintained park.
Dislikes: Distance to amenities
Parking: Lots of room in front of road house
Local Information: Silverton is a must see. Clubs have reasonable meals. The mint and the world's largest painting are interesting
Date 05/2011. Park Rating 3:
Report submitted by Neil n Raine (10).

I have stayed there a couple of times milo and never had any issues with the park or management.

In fact Chris was very nice and easy to deal with and even offered a late checkout when she knew we were having car repairs.

The amenities were clean and the price was reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend Lake View CP and would happily go back again.

Don't forget to check out Bells Milk Bar in BH....actually there is much to see in the area.  A run out to Menindee Lakes is well worth it as well.

*****

The old Gaol Museum at Silverton is an absloute must see and for $3 is unbelievable value.  Be prepared to spend quite a bit of time in there....and don't gorget to take your camera.

Silverton is a must see IMO and if you can manage, so is the Daydream Mine Tour.

Cheers B.
