Meniere's Disease

Hi all,

I'm just wondering if anyone here has Meniere's Disease, and if so, how do you manage your symptoms while travelling?  What sort of unique challenges do you face, and how do you overcome them on the road?

Hi Dave,   Yep familar with menieres,  though I have isolated attacks, thank god, its a cow of a thing, I get the nausea, and dizziness,  a attack is often stress related.  So chill out as much as poss, excessive head movement can bring an attack on .  I have been known to wear a cervical collar around my neck to keep head still especially on long driving trips, does help.  Also water intake, dont get dehyrdrated.  Stemtil injectons in b...., followed by 25mg stemtil in tablet form usually knocks the symptons out, sleep with elevated pillows, and just monitoring yourself by taking it easy.   Good luck sweets I know where you are coming from.
