Short or long term ACCOMMODATION on our property in QLD Darling Downs...come & rewind & recharge

Hello - I was wanting to just let anyone know that we have free lodging available for any Grey Nomads....

We often require pet sitters/house sitters, so please contact me if you are looking for somewhere to pull up - relax for a weekend, or a week or a month or so....we have a scenic property on 140 acres about 45 minutes North of Toowoomba and 25 minutes west of Crows Nest.  Some of the things to do around the farm are, walking, bird watching, fishing, bonfires, olive picking, relaxing and taking in the serenity...

Animals are welcome, we are happy to provide you with shower/toilet and u r welcome to use our Spa and deck to enjoy the scenery and wonderful bush/country walks around the farm.  We do have cattle that pretty much take care of themselves and and olive orchard that norm fruits every Dec/Jan if yr int in picking.  All we ask is $5 per day for power if staying longer than 3 days.  Ph Monique 46 988 256, Local town is Goombungee that has a Chemist, Food store/fuel/doctors/Great Pub - local area has wineries, Bunya Mountains an hour scenic drive away, Cressbrook Dam, 3 other great pubs nearby, fishing, shopping centres are 30 minutes drive to Highfields or Oakey.   For any of those ladies that are into Craft etc, our neighbor Doreen teaches Craft etc every Thursday at her house at the bottom of our driveway - my adopted Grandma - she is amazing!

How good is this......smile

I am sure you will be beating them back with a big broom once everyone gets to read what you are offering.

It's very good of you to provide we grey nomads with somewhere to park our little homes and enjoy the countryside.

Thankyou

Thank you Ma - it is our pleasure....
We are used to having pet sitters and grey nomads here off and on throughout the year and we enjoy meeting travellers alike.....it gives me peace of mind knowing someone is here when we are away and knowing our dogs are fed and happy! We like for others to have a nice homely place to know they can pull up for a break! I was thinking of a business venture down the track to so this will give me some ideas and a way of knowing what we would require exactly! Drop in if you are ever out our way!

How wonderful. Had replied to your other post then found more details here. Have written down everything I can in my little book and will pop in when up in that area. Can't wait, what a beautiful place.
Between Moniques and Dougies at Chinchilla I will be spending all next winter up there just wandering from place to place.
