Another Beer Bread.

BEER BREAD.

3 Cups SR Flour.  2 Dessertspoons Sugar.   1 can room temp. Beer.

Mix all ingreds. together in a bowl until you have a reasonably runny Dough.  Pour into a greased loaf tin and whack it into the Weber just after you have lifted the Roast.

This was taken from the Heatbeads Recipes site.

Cheers,

Sheba.

How easy is that Sheba.

Should work in the Camp Oven too I would think.   Will give it a go next time we have a camp fire, which should be in about 4 weeks time up at Doug's place at Chinchilla

Sheba, that is the best beer bread (or damper recipe) and I use it all the time. The dough this recipe produces is soft, but I wouldn't call it runny by a long way. It is so easy, so quick, and so delicious though - especially with butter and maple syrup!
