Mildura

Wife,  two little dogs, And I, are heading off too Mildura for a couple of weeks on the 16th May...Are there any suggestions on a Caravan park close to the Town we May like...Pet friendly of course....I'd rather go through this  site as first hand knowledge is the best way....Thank you..

Best in the area from our experience, Buronga Riverside  Caravan Park. Closest to the Mildura CBD  although it is just across the Chaffey Bridge 2 Kms from centre. FPA site

immaculate facilities, on the riverbank, pet friendly, great people. Hopefully there ourselves on monday for a few days.

Agree with Chris

A few years ago we came in from the bush for a couple of days to do the washing and top up the pantry.

Stayed at Buronga CP (http://www.burongacaravanpark.com.au/). It was off peak and we had a near riverside site. Enjoyed the Park and surrounds such that we ended up staying for a week.

Certainly recommend based on our experience

If you're thinking of going further afield from Mildura I can suggest Renmark, I enjoyed my stay there last month. I stayed in Mildura a few years ago and liked it too. Both nice places.

Yep definitely Buronga Riverside park - great spot - plenty of room good amenities etc.

Usually pretty quiet too.

Attaching some pics - taken at sunup - temp later in the day was 49 degrees in the shade!!!
