We had some problems with our awning and thought we required a complete new rewire as the wire had come off the rollers and was pinched.  I phoned Aussie Traveller and they gave me a phone quote of about $160 (from memory).  Well I took the van in and left it and in a few hours they phoned me and said it was ready.  I asked how much and he said oh only $70, as we really had only to tighten up the elastic tensioner and the wire was ok.  I thought that was pretty good of them as they could have changed the wire and charged me the full price and I would have been none the wiser.
