New to forum but greying quickley


Just joined and traveling south . At Dubbo at the moment them heading to Canberra. Lots of vans heading north thinking why is that fool going south. I live on the sunshine coast so I wont be in the ice age very long. Anyone else on the road , enjoy.

That's not as silly as it sounds either.    Last year in July we were in Darwin all decked out in our shorts and singlet tops and the locals are all rugged up in jumpers and coats.   Said it was winter and it was cold...............confuse

There had already been a frost at Canberra before we left last week. At least theres not a mouse-plague there.

 no hail but think it pour for about two hours anf then got very cold

We we're passing through Canberra this time last year heading for the southern coast of Aus then West over winter so we must have got some funny looks too but things are cheaper out of season & less tourists also so we loved it.
