cryany one had one of these and can you jog afterwards. or is it just stick to the pushy

My bother in law had one a few years ago. He can't jog, but then he couldn't before anyway.
Seriously, he does all he did before, running his large building business, climbing stairs etc. His life is as normal as it was before his knee went bad.

my dad had one when he was much younger, no problems. but he never jogged or anything like that

I think you might find jogging isnt recommended, because of the jarring to your knee... it would be painful too!

Ive had mine done you cannot jog but can walk fast
