The Road Runner caravan park was as far as we could tell the best in Lismore, not expensive, with good amenities, a lovely pool, large BBQ and rec. room. It is almost full of permanents, and the tourist sites are separate, have a nice view over rural scenery and the airport (small aircraft only, which dont fly at night to disturb you!)

Its not far to beaches at Ballina, where caravan parks charge twice as much, also theres lots of little villages and beautiful scenery in the area.
