I luve the way conversations wander all over the place on here - that's how I have most of my "normal" face to face conversations anyway - so I feel right at home - the only place that it gets confusing is on the "pick this place" post - people not reading all the posts, and answering what has already been answered etc., apart from that this site is awesome.

Hi, just to answer your question, its a roasting rack that goes in your baking dish. I had one for years but lost it when we moved. They are great as all the fat sits in the bottom of your baking dish away from your meat. Hope this helps.Paula.

That rack would create a lot more space for vegies in the tray if the meat is "suspended".
